How do I set up my accounting software to receive documents by email?

As explained in our Helpcenter article "How do I send documents to my accountant or accounting software?", Doccle allows you to automatically forward all your incoming and outgoing invoices to accounting software.

📥 Yuki

1. Find your unique email address

  • Go to your Yuki company domain.
  • Click Settings > Email Settings.
  • Under Incoming Email, you’ll find an address like invoices@yourdomain.yukiworks.be

2. Requirements

  • Yuki automatically processes email attachments as purchase invoices.
  • Only PDF files are accepted and automatically recognized.

1. Activate your email address

  • Go to Settings > Incoming documents.
  • You’ll find a unique address like companyname@billtobox.be

2. Review your settings

  • Choose whether only PDFs are allowed and define how incoming documents should be handled (e.g., auto-processing or approval required).

1. Find your specific email address

  • Log in to Octopus and go to Management > Relations > select your file.
  • Locate the email address in the format yourcode@docin.octopus.be

2. Enable email import

  • Ensure that the Document Import feature is active.
  • Only well-structured PDF invoices are accepted.

1. Find your personal email address

  • Go to Settings > Management > File Settings.
  • You’ll find a unique address like company@clearfacts.be

2. Configure permissions and workflows

  • Choose whether you or your accountant should approve documents before processing.

1. Activate Digital Office / WinBooks Connect

  • Log in to your WinBooks cloud environment.
  • Go to WinBooks Connect and locate your unique email address, such as company@winbooksconnect.be

2. Set up document handling rules

  • Define whether documents should be processed automatically or require prior approval.
