- You have an active mandate with the company.
- The final payment date has already been reached.
- The document is marked as ‘already paid’ (which means you have indicated that you have already paid or will pay some other way).
- The payment has already been made (this will be stated with the document).
- The company/the sender has not provided for a payment method with the document.
