Pay your invoices in one click thanks to your Doccle wallet

Paying invoices can be very simple. You no longer have to open your banking app, scan QR codes or re-enter your payment details. With one click, your payment is complete, as long as you've saved your payment method for future use in your Doccle wallet.

⚠️ This feature is currently being rolled out. It can take a while before it's available to you.

How do I pay with one click?

When you want to pay a new invoice, selecting the payment method will give you an overview of all the payment cards and means you have saved. These saved payment methods are presented first, but you can still choose another payment method (such as KBC or Bancontact) and possibly save them for later use (if Bancontact was selected). You always have control over whether you save a payment method and can delete one at any time.

How do I save a payment method to my Doccle Wallet?

When paying an invoice, you can save your payment method so you can quickly settle future invoices. Follow these steps:

  1. Select your payment method. If you select Bancontact, you will be given the option to save this payment method (and thus the corresponding bank card) for later use.
  2. Enable the option to save your card and complete the payment.
  3. You can now easily pay the next invoice you receive with one click!

You can save multiple payment methods and use them for 1-click payments. This allows you to manage all your payment options conveniently. For example, you can add both your personal and business account, or choose which card to use with which supplier.

Note: When you are not logged in, your saved payment methods can only be used for bills from the specific company where you saved it. It cannot be used for bills from other suppliers.

Benefits of a digital wallet and 1-click payments

  • Easy and fast: No need to keep opening your banking app, scanning QR codes or re-entering data.

  • Complete control: You can view or remove your saved payment methods at any time via the three dots in your invoice interface.

  • Security first: Your data is secure. The system masks sensitive information (card number, email address) that is shown. The token that only Doccle can use to execute a payment with your card via a secure connection with Bancontact is never exposed.

  • Manage together: For example, add a joint account with your partner to your wallet so that both you and your partner can pay invoices. This also comes in handy for business: you can link your partnership's bank card so that each partner can easily settle invoices.

  • Multiple payment options: Thanks to the ability to store multiple payment methods, you always have the right payment method at your fingertips, without any extra hassle.

How long will my payment method remain available?

Your payment method becomes inactive after 13 months or when the expiration date is reached.

When you have removed one of your saved cards, it also won't be available anymore.

What happens if my card expires?

Coming soon

We’ll let you know in advance when your card is about to expire, so you’re never caught off guard. During the payment process, you’ll see a notification if your card will expire within the next month. Once expired, it can no longer be used for payments.

You can view your expired cards in your Wallet via Settings.

To continue using 1-click payments, simply add a new card to your Wallet. Paying your bills will remain quick and easy!

Limits

For one-click payments with Bancontact, the maximum amount per transaction is €500. If your bill exceeds this amount, you’ll be given the option to pay via another method, such as a standard Bancontact payment, where you’ll need to confirm the payment in your banking app or with a card reader.

In addition, the limit set by your bank also applies. Most banks have a limit of €2,500 per week. This limit may vary by bank, so it’s a good idea to check your bank’s specific conditions.
