Why is there no pay button with my invoice?

There are a few reasons why you might not find a payment button with a document:

  • You have an active mandate with the company.
  • The final payment date has already been reached.
  • The document is marked as ‘already paid’ (which means you have indicated that you have already paid or will pay some other way).
  • The payment has already been made (this will be stated with the document).
  • The company/the sender has not provided for a payment method with the document.
