🧾 Step-by-step guide: activate e-invoicing via Peppol in Doccle

Starting in 2026, businesses will be legally required to send electronic invoices via the Peppol network.
With Doccle, you can easily register and send e-invoices.
Creating a Doccle account and registering to receive Peppol invoices is completely free. To send invoices, a DocclePro subscription is required.

How do I send a Peppol-invoice ?

✅ Step 1: Go to e-invoicing

Log in to your Doccle account.
Click on your username in the top-right corner and select "Send an e-invoice" from the dropdown menu.

✅ Step 2: Activate Peppol

If you're not yet registered on Peppol, a message will appear.
Click "Register my company" to continue.
If your company is already registered, you will directly go to Step 7.

✅ Step 3: Learn about Peppol

You'll see an explanation of what Peppol is and why registration is needed.
At the bottom, click "Register your company on Peppol now."

✅ Step 4: Search for your company

Enter your company name, address, or enterprise number.
Select the correct company from the search results.

✅ Step 5: Confirm your representation

Check the details and tick the box to confirm that you are an official representative.
Click "Confirm registration."

✅ Step 6: (Optional) – Add your accountant's details

You can enter your accountant's contact details here so they are notified of the Peppol registration.
You can also skip this step.

✅ Step 7: Upload your invoice (PDF)

You’ll return to the screen for sending your invoice.
Upload a PDF file of your invoice (max. 10 MB, one file per submission).

✅ Step 8: Check your invoice details

Doccle automatically reads the information from the document. Review and complete if necessary:

Invoice number, issue date, due date
Client details (address, VAT number)
Line items and total amounts

✅ Step 9: Send your invoice

If everything is correctly filled in, click "Send invoice" at the bottom.
Your invoice will be securely sent via the Peppol network.
