Why can I not find my documents in the app?

You will only find archived and unprocessed documents on the Home Screen. So first look in your archive to see if the document is there (via Documents => Archive).

If you cannot find any documents in your archive either, then this may be for one of the following reasons:

  • Maybe you have more than one account and you are not logged into the right account. In that case, log off (via Preferences) and log in with the right user. If you are unsure, request your username/usernames via the link Forgot your username? (or in the app after logging off).
  • You still have not received any documents. Some companies do not provide an archive of documents that have already been sent, and only start sending documents after you have added the connection. So it may take another few days or weeks before you receive your first documents.
