Are you an administrative employee responsible for accounting or invoicing in a company, but not listed as a legal representative or director in the Belgian Business Register (KBO/BCE)?
If so, you can ask an authorized person to temporarily link their itsme account to your Doccle account in order to complete the Peppol registration.
Itsme is only required during the registration, and can be unlinked afterwards through the "Security" settings.
Not an option for you? No problem — you can still register your company on Peppol via Doccle with explicit authorization from someone officially registered as a legal representative in the KBO.
Why is authorization needed?
Registering for Peppol allows your company to send and receive e-invoices via the Peppol network. This registration has legal implications, so it must be approved by someone authorized to represent the company (e.g., a director or manager registered in the KBO).
The solution: a signed registration form
If you’re activating Peppol as an administrative employee, a registration form must be filled out and signed:
- By you, as the applicant for the DocclePro service
- And by a legal representative of the company (as listed in the KBO)
👉 This form allows you to activate the DocclePro service on behalf of the company.
Step-by-step instructions
-
Download the form:
Peppol – Registration Form (PDF) -
Complete the form fully:
- VAT number and company information
- Name, email, and role of the applicant (you)
- Name, email, and role of the legal representative
- Both parties must sign
- Send the completed and signed form via this webform
-
Doccle will process your manual registration:
- Once validated, your company’s Peppol activation will be completed in your Doccle account.
Important note
We cannot process the registration without the signature of a legal representative. Please ensure the form is complete and properly signed.
