đź“„ Already registered on Peppol through another provider? Here's how to deregister

When you try to register your company on the Peppol network via Doccle, you may receive a message stating that your company is already registered through another access point (provider). In that case, you must first cancel the existing registration before registering through Doccle.

On this page, you’ll find per provider (e.g. Billit, ClearFacts, …):

  • How to check whether you're registered through them

  • How to deregister your company from Peppol

  • Who to contact if needed

🧾 How to check which provider you’re registered with

There is no central lookup tool, but these tips might help:

  • Ask your accountant: your company may have been automatically registered via their software.

  • Search your email inbox for keywords like “Peppol registration”, “Access Point”, “e-Delivery ID”, or “e-invoicing”

  • Log in to portals of providers you’ve worked with in the past.
