When you try to connect your company to Peppol in your Doccle account, you may receive a message saying that "your company could not be registered on the Peppol network".
The most common cause of this message is that your company is already registered to receive Peppol invoices through a different Peppol access point.
You can be registered to send Peppol invoices through multiple Peppol access points.
What can I do ?
It is best to consult with your partners/associates so that you can discover where your company is already registered for Peppol.
In order to then register your company for Peppol via Doccle, you must stop the registration on the other platform.
