What happens to a Doccle account after a death?

The Doccle account of a deceased person can be closed or transferred to a surviving relative, after contact with one of our employees.

Because losing someone is never easy and there is also a lot involved for the next of kin, we try to make this process at Doccle as simple and smooth as possible.

That is why we hereby ask you to provide us with the following information at the first contact:

  • The username or email address of the Doccle account
  • The name and national register number of the deceased person as well as of the applicant
  • A copy of the death certificate

On the basis of this information, we can do the necessary as quickly as possible.
