Why do I have to confirm my e-mail address?

Recently, we have been asking all our users to confirm their email address. This happens when you log in to Doccle, create a new account or change your email address.

By confirming your email address, we can ensure that your important documents are sent correctly and to the right person.

To confirm your e-mail address, you will see a screen asking you for a code:

At the same time, at the linked e-mail address, you will have received an e-mail from us containing a 6-digit code. Enter this code in the screen above. That's it, your e-mail address is confirmed!

Good to know: the code is only valid for 10 minutes. If you end up filling in the code too late, you can of course request a new code by clicking on "Didn't receive a code?".
