I want to move a connection to another account

Has your partner created his own account? Or is your child leaving home and would he or she want to receive documents in their own Doccle account?

This is possible ! In that case you can send us an e-mail to community@doccle.be, with the following information:

  • The email address of the account where the connections are currently located
  • Which connections you wish to move (name of the companies and the data with regard to these companies, such as a customer number or National Register number)
  • The email address and username of the account to which connections may be moved

We will move the connections for you and let you know when this has happened!
