Companies can send electronically registered mail via Doccle's services.
You can open the document via the notification email and download the file to your device or you can immediately view the shipment and save it in your Doccle account.
Important information
- Electronically registered mail is just as legally valid as postal mail. They are exactly the same official documents but in digital form.
- You do not need to have a Doccle account. Doccle senders can use the Doccle email channel to send you a registered mail.
- You must identify yourself and unlock the mail using itsme or eID.
- In the notification email you can see until when you can collect the mail digitally.
If this does not happen within the announced period, the registered mail will be sent by post.
