The message"This Doccle account is already linked with another itsme profile." you get when you are logged in to your Doccle account and you want to open a highly secured document (KBC, eBox, etc.) with itsme, while a "other itsme profile" is linked in the account.
Typically, this message appears when you have a new eID card or mobile number, as a result of which your old itsme profile has expired. As a result, the linked itsme profile in your Doccle account is no longer valid.
The solution is simple: you have to delete the linked itsme profile in your Doccle account and then link your "new" itsme profile. You do this as follows:
- Log in with your username and password, via the browser version of Doccle (not via the mobile app)
- Click on your username at the top right of your account and go to Preferences > Electronic Identity Card (eID and itsme)
- Click on Unlink at your itsme
- Finally, click on Link your itsme
You can now open your highly secured documents with itsme again.
