What should I do when the error "Sorry, the user does not exist or the password is incorrect." appears?

In this case you entered the wrong username and / or password (for security reasons, the system will not indicate which of the two details is incorrect).

  • If you are not sure what your username is, you can request it from the Forgot your username? page. You do this using your email address (you can try multiple email addresses)
  • If you are not sure what your password is, you can request it via the Forgot your password? page. You do this using your username (this can be your email address / you can try multiple usernames).

Can't find a username?

Send us a message stating the name of at least one company that has been added to your account, along with one or more data related to this company (a customer number, account number, national register number, account number, patient number, etc.).
