I have a problem when using the app. What can I do?

First, try again and if necessary, restart the app. If that does not work, remove the app from your device and install it again (then you will be sure of having the newest version).

If this does not solve the problem, send us a message mentioning the following details:

  • A description of the problem / the exact error message (with a screen shot if possible)
  • The brand and type of your smartphone/tablet
  • Your operating system version iOS, 12.x.x / Android 8.x.x)
  • The app version (Where can I find that?)
