Why do I have to renew my consent for eBox?

When adding your eBox to your Doccle account, you authorize Doccle to make your government documents available on Doccle via My eBox.

However, after 6 months of inactivity, it may be necessary to renew your consent (due to government regulations).

As long as your consent has not been renewed, your connection with eBox will remain in your account, but you will not see the new eBox documents in Doccle. After your consent has been renewed, all eBox documents will be available again in your Doccle account.

We will send you an email to notify you, each time your consent must be renewed.
