Peppol: Why couldn't my identity be verified?

When you try to connect your company to Peppol in your Doccle account, you may receive a message saying “We could not verify your relation to the company”.

The most common cause of this message is that you are not registered as a representative or director in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) for the company you are trying to register.

What can I do?
Only official representatives or directors of companies can register this in their personal Doccle account.
Doccle uses official data from the CBE for this purpose.

So if you are not an official representative or director, it is best to discuss this with the authorized persons within your company.
