After 30 June 2023, the Scan & Pay functionality will no longer be available in the Doccle app on iOS and Android devices.

How do I consult the overview of my Scan & Pay payments?
The overview of your Scan & Pay payments will no longer be available in the Doccle app after June 30 2023.
However, a confirmation email was sent for each successful Scan & Pay payment.
When you search for “Scan” in your mailbox, you will immediately find all your Scan & Pay payments.
You will also find all completed transactions in the bank statements of your online banking, where you can also perform a search with the word "Scan".
Can I still pay via Doccle?
Payment via Doccle is absolutely still possible. Via this overview you can find all companies that send documents and invoices via Doccle and which you can pay via Doccle.
When you click on the logo of a company, you immediately discover which data you need to activate a connection with this company in your Doccle account and where you can find/request this data.
How do I pay via Doccle?
Paying via Doccle is easy and 100% safe, without the risk of phishing thanks to our secure environment.
If you have an invoice to pay, you will find a Pay Now button after opening the document.
You will then have the choice between the payment methods Bancontact and KBC.
Bancontact via the browser version of Doccle:
You will receive a QR code that you can scan with Payconiq or any other Bancontact-compatible app which is installed on your mobile device.
Bancontact via the Doccle app:
This does not give you a QR code but takes you directly to a selection screen where all the Bancontact-compatible applications that are installed on your mobile device are displayed.
This option will open KBC Touch of Mobile, depending on the device you're using (pc or mobile).
Can I also pay a paper invoice via Doccle?
If this invoice contains a Doccle QR code, you can scan it to pay via Doccle.
If this is not the case, you cannot pay this invoice via Doccle.
You can of course always try to convince the sender to work with Doccle.
